Our tour guide will pick you up at the HongKong International Airport as soon as you arrive in the dynamic and fascinating metropolis of China. Then, you will be accompanied to your hotel after your arrival. When you check in the hotel, you are free. It’s up to you whether you will stay at the hotel for a rest or go outside for a walk.

Today, you will visit the first tour spot - Aberdeen. It is located in the Aberdeen Harbour and attracts a lot of tourists by the floating village and floating seafood restaurants. The best way to visit this harbor is to take Sampans, a kind of small boat. If you want to take some pictures, you’d better walk along the Aberdeen Promenade.

The next destination you will visit is Repulse Bay. It is one of the most expensive residential areas in HK where tourists can enjoy the beautiful and peaceful beach. In the afternoon, you will arrive at the foot of Victoria Peak. Then you will move to the top of the hill by tram or on foot for enjoying the marvelous view of Hong Kong.

After ​the trip to Hong Kong, today you will fly to Tibet in the morning. ​There are no direct flights from Hong Kong to​​ Tibet. You may fly to Chengdu first, then to Tibet. There are several daily flights from Hong Kong to Chengdu and more than 10 daily flights from Chengdu to Lhasa. So you have many options to choose to fly to Tibet.

​After arriving at the airport in Lhasa, you will be driven to the hotel. Remember to drink lots of water, and eat light and high carbohydrate foods to adapt to the high altitude better.

In the morning your guide will meet you at the hotel and take you to visit the famous Potala Palace, the cardinal landmark of Tibet and the masterpiece of Tibetan architecture. It was first built by the 33rd King Songtsen Gangpo in the 7th century and rebuilt later by the 5th Dalai Lama in the 17th century. Now it is a museum and world heritage site. 

In the afternoon, we will go to visit Jokhang Temple in the center of the old Lhasa city. Jokhang Temple is the most sacred temple in Tibet and it is always bustling with earnest local pilgrims since the early days. After that, you will take a walk around the Barkhor Street which is one of the most devotional circuits as well as a crowded central market of Lhasa. Barkhor Street is a very ancient round street surrounding the Jokhang Temple and the locals are always proud of it. As a symbol of Lhasa, it is also a must-see place for visitors.

In the morning, you are heading to Drepung monastery, which means Monastery of Rice Heaps in the Tibetan language. It's a white magnificent building complex that looks also like piles of rice heaps in the distance. Drepung monastery is the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery, where lived more than 10 thousand monks in the past.

In the afternoon, tourists will pay a visit to Sera Monastery, which is one of the "great three" Gelug monasteries of Tibet. Its most famous Buddhist debate is held around 15:00 to 17:00. If the debate is not your type, you can also enjoy the three sand Mandalas and colorful Rock Paintings of Buddha.
