Daily Itinerary
CollapseIn the morning, your driver will pick you up at your hotel in Chengdu and then move forward to Jiuzhaigou. On the way, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape ranging from plains to high altitudes.and you’ll arrive in Jiuzhaigou in the afternoon.
Stay overnight in Jiuzhaigou Town
Jiuzhaigou is a beautiful and mysterious place. Although the day trip is tight, you can still appreciate some of its essence. In the morning, you will take a sightseeing bus to Shuzheng Waterfall and start your tour, where you can enjoy natural landscapes such as lakes, waterfalls, and forests. At noon, you will go to Five Flower Lake and enjoy the colorful lake water. Have lunch at a nearby restaurant and sample local cuisine. In the afternoon, you will take a sightseeing bus to Long Lake to enjoy the magnificent snow-capped mountains and lakes. Then, hike to Nuorilang Waterfall and feel its shocking power. In the evening, you will have the chance to see a local Tibetan Culture Show if you want.
Stay overnight at Jiuzhaigou Town

After breakfast at the hotel, drive from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong National Park, then hike up to the top of Huanglong Park. Here you can spend about 4hrs sightseeing at Huanglong which is famous for its colorful pools formed by calcium deposits, as well as diverse forest ecosystems, snow-capped peaks, waterfalls, and hot springs. We suggest you take a one-way cable car going downhill. In the late afternoon, we will drive you to Chuanzhusi Town.

Tour ends today. After breakfast, your tour driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you back to Chengdu. You can enjoy the scenery along the way and take a good rest.

There's no group bus tour now. We can arrange a private vehicle tour for you from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong for 4-day 3 nights on 16 October.

We can start the group tour by bus from Chengdu on the 15th September (Saturday) 2018 or the next days 16th or 17th.
We'll book air tickets to flight back to Chengdu at the end of Day 3 and need to drop off at the airport Huanglong.

In your inquiry, you mentioned that there are two of you would like to visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong in September. Jiuzhaigou has not been completely open for tourists since the earthquake happened last year. Travelers become much less than before that’s why we stopped to arrange group tours for foreigners. I am afraid you could only have a private tour for you two, of which the cost will not be cheap.
